The refuge tradition Aosta Valley not missing, you can sample various dishes typical of the region in particular our polenta, still cooked on wood fire, and fontina brought to the shelter at the end of the season, to allow to rest all winter in our cellar cured in every particularly by Lorenzino, to be served in the summer in your dishes, varied choice of Val d’Aosta wines. Among our specialties you will find:
STARTERS: chopping valdostano, dried beef salad with juniper oil, fontina Bertone.
FIRST: vegetable soup, mushroom risotto, soup valpellinentze.
SECONDS: polenta, Valdostan style polenta, polenta with gorgonzola, polenta and egg, porridge and milk, polenta and sausage, polenta and stew, polenta and mushrooms.
DESSERT: panna cotta, cakes and homemade pies, bunet.
WINES: red and white Valdostani.
